Carleman estimates for elliptic equations with nonhomogeneous Dirichlet boundary and nonhomogeneous terms of low regularity (e.g. [20]). The main motivation for this sort of Carleman estimates is to obtain sharp estimate for the pressure in linearized Navier-Stokes equations, We do not present the details here and refer the readers to [3, 11, 16, 20].
